Open Positions

The Machine Operator performs job duties to ensure the safe and efficient daily operations of filament operations and processes.

The best fit candidates will have preferred skills and experiences with:

  • Extrusion Operations: 2 years
  • Industrial Manufacturing: 2 years
  • Personal line management, working without assistance
  • Packaging and labeling
  • Testing (denier, entanglement, spin finish, card wraps)
  • Utilizing pigment/stabilizer additions and related processes
  • Maintaining good housekeeping around equipment
  • Following workflows while observing machine processes

The Machine Operator Must Show:

  • Desire and motivation to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to stand on concrete workplace floor for 8 to 12 hours/day
  • Interest in working rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Workplace agility around moving equipment and machinery
  • Aptitude to operate machinery or industrial equipment and systems
  • Discipline for wearing safety equipment, as required

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED will be considered with the right experience

  • CNC Operations: 2 years
  • Extrusion Operations: 2 years
  • Industrial Manufacturing: 2 years

The Yarn Plant Operator Must Show:

  • Desire and motivation to work in a fast-paced, team enviornment
  • Ability to stand on concrete workplace floor for 8 to 12 hours/day

The Electrical Maintenance Technician performs job duties of a Mechanic or Instrument Technician and provides technical direction to Maintenance Technicians.

The best fit candidates will have preferred skills and experiences with:

  • Instrumentation of PLC's and drives
  • Use of a laptop computer, connecting to PLC's, and troubleshooting, loading programs, etc.
  • Documenting and modifying ladder logic and the programming of inverters

The Electrical Maintenance Technician Must Show:

  • Teaching others about system changes while troubleshooting technology
  • Communicaiton skills using verbal and written methods
  • Interest in learning new technologies and computer applications with high motivation for improvement
  • Responsiveness to production operations, maintenance, and management while working on multiple concurrent initiatives and overtime as needed, plus call-ins
  • Willingness and abilities and implement changes

Education

  • 2-year Technical Degree (AA) in Electronics and Instrumentation, or an equivalent degree
  • 5-years Industrial Maintenance Experience
  • Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
